The description of the Drupal module states "Lets you register your site with a central server and improve ranking of Drupal projects by posting information on your installed modules and themes"... this doesn't mention its distributed authentification functionality. Unless this modules is split into two disctinct modules the text should read something like:

"Lets you register your site with a central server and improve ranking of Drupal projects by posting information on your installed modules and themes. This modules also offers a 'distributed authentification' option that can be used to allow logins by users of other Drupal sites."
