We are continuing to work to make DrupalCon Copenhagen as awesome as possible, but we wanted to take some time to give you an update on what we have been working on lately:
As you may have noticed, the deadline for submitting a session has been moved back to June 27th. Voting on the sessions opens on June 28th and closes on July 8th. We will notify all speakers and post the full schedule on July 18th. The votes for the different sessions will be used by the track chairs to inform their decision of which sessions get selected.
If your session isn't selected for one of the main conference tracks, please consider doing it as a Birds of a Feather (BOF) session instead. We will post more information about how to announce your BOF sessions as we get closer to the conference.
If you are not attending one of the training sessions on August 23rd, we would love to see you at the Unconference. This will be a perfect opportunity to connect with the local open source community and to discuss issues outside of the Drupal-sphere. The Unconference will be run BarCamp-style and it will be free to attend, but please register in advance to help us determine how much coffee we need to brew.
We have added more accommodation options to the Travel & Sleep section of the site. If you are traveling as a group, you can use one of our recommended apartment rental services to find a base of operations for the duration of the conference. In some cases this can end up being quite a lot cheaper than renting a block of hotel rooms.
If you're traveling on a budget, you can book a room at one of our recommended hostels. One hostel is right next to the conference venue while the rest are located closer to downtown Copenhagen.
Not sure which hotel or hostel to stay at? Want to know where the happening night spots are located? Check out our map of Copenhagen. We have added a lot of our favorite sights, restaurants, and bars. The map includes the locations of all our recommended hostels and hotels.
Finally, now is the time to secure your ticket for DrupalCon Copenhagen. The early bird price (€249 + VAT) ends on June 28th. After June 28th the price of a conference ticket will be €279 +VAT.
We can't wait to welcome you to Copenhagen!

Thank God you're promoting
Thank God you're promoting this over a nice and decent community, because that flyer is just scary.
Drupal is like falling in love with a girl after you got to know her, instead of instantly falling in love with her appearance... :)

Promoting
I work on the web everyday and have not heard about Drupal. My girlfriend who works for a major hospital in Orlando mentioned that Drupal is what they are using at their hospital. I think that you comment about promoting is right on target. I can't wait to hear more. Thankfully she is explaining how Drupal works to me.
Thanks again,
Ronnie
Do you know where I can get a big image of this flyer?
I want to print it, but this picture is too small. I tried to find it at the DrupalCon website, but it was not there... I'm in love with that cute bug. If mine were like that, my life would be easier ^_^
