webform's field's won't appear....

Hi there,

I have installed the webform module fine. Next I tried to create a webform content type, and added some fields to it like first name, last name, etc. Once I hit publish, the fields do not apear and all I get, is a blank page. The title and description does show up though.

I would appreciate any help.
