Changing the language of the User Interface in the localization server/Drupal.org: Possible/How?

First: Very nice redesign. I like it a lot (though I agree on the "a bit too small fonts" thing). Thanks and congratulations! Well done!

Now: Is it possible to change the language of the localization server at the localization server (and, now that it comes, at Drupal.org)?

It would be a very nice thing and I think that we have translated a substantial part of the needed strings.

Besides, it would very nice to serve the FAQs to each user in his own language. I would be ready to translate the localization FAQ into Spanish, for example, but I do not see any way that users may benefit from that as it seems not possible for them to reach it in an automatic way.
