harvest status by user block

I've written a module for my own site that shows current time tracking status for users with harvest accounts. I have submitted it as a module called harvest_status but the contrib admins have asked me to submit it as a feature request first. So, here it is, check it out, make suggestions, let me know if you think this should be incorporated into your module, released independently, or if no one else cares about this functionality anyway.
