Does the error disappear if you switch your theme to Garland?

Does the "upload" table exist in your database? Can you check with phpmyadmin?

Do you have any sidebar block which tries to display a teaser of a node which has file attachments? Check the admin/build/block page (select your theme from the tabs on the top) and if there is such a block try to disable it.

Thank you for your fast answer !

Yes the error still appears when i swith to Garland...

The "upload" table doesn't exist in the database, i've just checked with pma. I just put the file theme.sql into the pma, it ran and afterwards i had this error message...

I have a side bar block which has image and button to show (it doesn't for the moment), please find a printscreen in annex of the blocks and inside one of the block (reduce costs)

Thank you very much for your help !

It doesn't make much sense so far. In theory, that .sql file could have deleted your "upload" table, but why would it do that? Read it with a text editor and see if it contains any DROP TABLE commands, but I doubt it. Also see if that file mentions the word "upload" anywhere.

Is you upload module enabled in admin/build/modules? Did you have file attachments uploaded to posts before that happened?

Yes, you have clearly underlined the problem, the upload table doesn't exist. But I don't know if it's the template which has deleted it or if it didn't exist before this template... ?

There seems to be an error in that .sql file. It sets the "upload" module to "enabled" but doesn't create the "upload" table.

Try this:
- Disable the upload module in admin/build/modules
- Go to the "Uninstall" tab at the top and uninstall the upload module.
- Go back to the "List" tab and enable the upload module again.
The upload table should have been created now.

Go to admin/settings/file-system, make sure that the "File system path" has been set, and save. If it complains about a problem with the files path fix it.

Go to admin/reports/status and see if there are any other problems reported.
