Try this work around (just as if you are downloading/installing a new module):

1. wget http://chatroll.com/sound-d9f4ae80.swf

2. Copy to the root directory of your drupal web site.

Worked for me :-)

I have the same problem.
I do not understand what you need to copy the root directory. Link http://chatroll.com/sound-d9f4ae80.swf opens a blank page.
