hi,

i have recently faced a bug in converting georgian to jalali.
it decreases the jalail year by one, when the georgian year is 2011.
for example the date Feb 16 2011 parses as 27 Bahman 1388 instead of 27 Bahman 1389.

i checked the code. i was wrong. that happens neither by you nor by Drupal; it is a PHP bug!!
