The title says it all - even if signature viewing is disabled in permissions, the View and Signatures tab still appears for anonymous users.

Major drag when you're starting a campaign - it's discouraging to see few or 0 signatures.

Insofar as the whole point of a petition campaign is getting people motivated, I'm marking this as critical.

Oops! Just saw the "Do not display signatures to the public" option. My bad.

It still shouldn't behave this way, though... but I'll take it!

I also had a bit of trouble tracking down this setting. Mainly because field label "Display mode" doesn't really indicate that this "permissions like" functionality will be there until you click the select box.

Perhaps users could find the "Do not display signatures to the public" option easier if it was a radios form element rather then a select box?
