Hi,

I have setup some follow-ups, and one of them always repeat send out the same email every cron runs even it not passed the X hours in the setting.

Thanks for the report. Can you provide more information about the specific follow-up that is giving you trouble? Please copy and paste the values for all of the relevant fields, so that we can try to replicate the problem and figure it out.

I'm fairly certain this is a duplicate of the issues found in this issue: #1477036: Reworking uc_followup_cron() and the $mega_query

Let's redirect attention to fixing that query.
