Looking at all the different Twitter modules, but I just want to show the Tweets from people that I have added to a list.
I want this feed to be in a block, that I can theme.

Anyone know of such a module?

Try Twitter Pull, it displays tweets in the block that you create on the "Blocks" page. And it allows you to use CSS for theming.
Just note that module is a little bit "techy" and I don't know about multiple twitter acc-s support.
