I am having problem running jquery accordion menus and google map api's inside the fancybox mod.

How can you modify fancybox to run jquery inside it? What is the problem here guys?

jquery should run inside since you are using modals, I think you are having problems with initialization. You should specify your own function in onComplete hook. It will be called once the content is displayed and there you should initialize gmaps, accordion...
