shorten 6.x-1.9

The biggest change in this release is that it adds Views integration for the Record Shorten submodule.

Upgrade notes

• Everyone should run update.php after upgrading to this release.
• The behavior of the Shorten aliased URLs where possible setting was the reverse of the description before this release. Its behavior has now been corrected, which means its behavior is now the reverse of what you had it set to before.
