I've installed mollom 6.1.13 on 3 of my websites. Two sites: AI & PD are running Drupal 6.4 and the third site, PI is running Drupal 6.6. AI & PD have the same theme, and all three sites have the same settings.
But... Mollom is not working on the AI site. PI & PD are working great! On the status report page for the AI site, I am seeing an error under Mollom API Keys, however - the keys are entered exactly as they are entered on the mollom.com site.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this module 3 times on the AI site to try and resolve, and added and deleted the AI site from my mollom account 3 times with no successful integration so far. Examples of how it is not working: forms that are supposed to be showing a captcha are not showing a captcha. Forms supposedly protected by text analysis and captcha are letting highly spammy submissions through without calling for a captcha.
I'm at a loss as to what could be causing this problem. PI runs on the same server as AI, so it's unlikely that the server is firewalling connection attempts to the mollom servers. Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
LindsayC

aimutch commentedWhat's the error message you are seeing about the API keys? Posting the error message would help in diagnosing the problem.

sunIf an error message about Mollom API keys is displayed, then something is wrong with your API keys. The keys are verified and validated "live", so the error message globally prevents the module from running.
You are mentioning more than one site - did you request separate API keys for each site on mollom.com?
