Preamble
We the People of the United States of Drupal, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of Drupal.
That mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to inform themselves thereof their original rights granted under the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, being the First Ten Amendments to said Constitution respectively.
Whereas many of our subjects in diverse parts of our colonies are misled by monied interests attempting to market inferior CMS platforms, our resolve and reason has led us to choose Open Source CMS in our zeal to bring this message to the American People.
AND whereas there is much reason to apprehend that rebellion amongst our ranks has been promoted and encouraged by said evil monied interests, there is no doubt in our conviction that Drupal is the most fit for execution of our declarations. Moreover, none amongst our ranks must neglect our loyalties due to ignorance of the wickedness of such desperate entities.
Article I
To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
Section 1
Drupal is the most remarkable and patriotic Open Source CMS community. The inhabitants of said CMS community are talented, loyal and faithful servants of Democracy and The Republic.
Section 2
Drupal is open source with considerable functionality out of the first download, to help promote freedom and liberty for all.
Section 3
Our Founding Fathers should be represented in an "interesting" yet modern theme. Thanks to Patriot Michelle's tireless labor with the Advanced Profile Kit, precious time was saved from manipulation of Views, Panels and Themes. The many additional contributed modules save precious currency from the not for profit Treasury.
Section 4
The contributions from community inhabitants is worthy of much praise and should be deeply valued.
Article II
Proclamation of Contributed Modules
Section 1
Enumeration of said modules includes Views, CCK, Captcha and the Marinelli Theme.
Section 2
Organic Groups are under consideration for Tea Party organizers.
Article IV
The Ratification of this Declaration to the Home Page of Drupal.
Section 1
The Ratification by the varying Conventions of the inhabitants of the Drupal CMS community being of sound mind and sound body, by acknowledging herein do approve, and such acknowledgment shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Declaration to be promoted to the First Page of the First Site of www.drupal.org this 21st day of June in the Year of Dries Buytaert, two thousand, ten, between all parties ratifying the Same.

I think I have learned a new language studying the old documents text. They really had a way with words back then.
