no regions on block admin

I have hidden them because some admin pages would not fit in if two sidebars are enabled. Check related issue: http://drupal.org/node/814730

Let me know if you have any better ideas how to solve this issue.

I have assigned blocks to regions but nothing appear. No sidebars at all together with no regions on top or bottom.

I tested the theme (which I like a lot) on Drupal 6.17.

@Aibu I just double-checked Drupal 6 version - blocks assigned to "First sidebar" and "Second sidebar" should appear only on non-admin pages. Blocks assigned to "Content top" and "Content bottom" regions should show up on all pages. I can't reproduce what you are describing.
