Hello,

We are having a similar issue as in "Aggregation nodes not purging on anonymous cron runs" http://drupal.org/node/411274 - but with Supercron. When we invoked Aggregation manually from the Administer » Site configuration SuperCron, it purged few thousand items till max execution time reached.

Env: Drupal 6.15, Aggregation 6.x-1.8, SuperCron 6.x-1.3
