I am getting a white screen when a new node attempts to connect to Calais on creation. I have narrowed the problem down to the API Key. If I leave the key field empty there is no error (but of course no terms are generated). If I put "anything" in the Key API field get the white screen. I have tried using my correct key as well as gibberish to test. Watchdog does not tell me anything about this error. I'm wondering if it is a write permissions issue somewhere. Has anybody else experienced this? Thanks. Kevin

febbraro commentedstill a problem?

pyxio commentedYes. I had to remove the module which is a bummer because I could sure use it. Since I received no reply my guess is nobody else has experienced this problem before. I'd be happy to give it another shot if you had some troubleshooting recommendations. Thanks.

goron commentedI am having a similar problem. I'm trying to use Calais to get suggestions for the Tagging module. When the API Key field is empty, everything is fine and I don't get any suggestions. When I put my key in and go to reload the page with the tagging widget on it, I get a white screen. I don't get any other white screens or a white screen under any other configuration.
Anyone know anything about this? Very frustrating. Thanks.

goron commentedWell, the problem I was having was due to an incorrectly-installed ARC2 library. If anyone has a similar problem, make sure your ARC2 library is installed correctly.
