I am getting a white screen when a new node attempts to connect to Calais on creation. I have narrowed the problem down to the API Key. If I leave the key field empty there is no error (but of course no terms are generated). If I put "anything" in the Key API field get the white screen. I have tried using my correct key as well as gibberish to test. Watchdog does not tell me anything about this error. I'm wondering if it is a write permissions issue somewhere. Has anybody else experienced this? Thanks. Kevin

still a problem?

Yes. I had to remove the module which is a bummer because I could sure use it. Since I received no reply my guess is nobody else has experienced this problem before. I'd be happy to give it another shot if you had some troubleshooting recommendations. Thanks.

I am having a similar problem. I'm trying to use Calais to get suggestions for the Tagging module. When the API Key field is empty, everything is fine and I don't get any suggestions. When I put my key in and go to reload the page with the tagging widget on it, I get a white screen. I don't get any other white screens or a white screen under any other configuration.

Anyone know anything about this? Very frustrating. Thanks.

Well, the problem I was having was due to an incorrectly-installed ARC2 library. If anyone has a similar problem, make sure your ARC2 library is installed correctly.
