Parse error: syntax error...comment.tpl.php on line 24

Hi,

I am running Wamp2 Server with drupal installation and the Barlow-6.x-1.2 theme and am having problems when trying to add a comment to any page.

I would create a new page and allow read/write comment settings for the page. Whenever I want to add a new comment to the page I get the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\wamp\www\sites\default\themes\barlow-6.x-1.2\barlow\comment.tpl.php on line 24

It does this even with a brand new installation. The moment I choose a different theme, it works fine, so it seems to be related only to this theme.

Could anyone please help with this error? I don't really want to use a different theme as this one suits my needs.
