I have a website with a normal en mobile theme. Mobile tools activates the mobile theme and redirects (so far so good).
However I have 2 Google Analytics keys. 1 for the normal hits (set in de the google analytics module) and 1 for the mobile website.

Is there a way to use a diffirent Google Analytics key specially for the mobile website ?

Fixed this issue by hardcoding the google code at the bottom of the front-page.tpl.php en page.tpl.php

The client however now needs our intervention if they wish to change the GA-key... But it's a quick fix.
