Description
Tried your sandbox sample. It worked with my personal account, but not with another account I have on flickr. Personal is pwdowling (worked!), the other is stamfordhighband (didn't work with "User Not Found") error. If you go here you can see it is a valid Flickr account with public pictures - http://www.flickr.com/photos/stamfordhighband/
Only difference I can see is the other account has a longer name.

#1
Another account that worked was jingman. So again, wondering if length of Flickr name is an issue.
#2
Indeed, the length of the username is the issue here. For some reason the Flickr API still has issues with it, after so many years. There's not much we can do about it as long as Flickr doesn't update/fix its API.
#3
I see the problem here. There's a difference between the user's account name and his username. In the case of stamfordhighband: that's his account name but his username is shsbk, as mentioned in the title of the page: "shsbk's photostream". When I use flickrstickr to search for user shsbk then all his photo's appear.
