Recently I've started having legit comments on forum topics unpublished giving the users "our comment has been queued for moderation by site administrators and will be published after approval."
In my log I get "Comment unpublished for DNSBL: Alright, so I'll set up a." for trusted users.

StudioARE commentedDisabled the "DNS Blacklist" operations by unchecking "Enable Operations" and haven't seen any unpublished comments the same way.
I suppose the DNSBL is just too sensitive, even a post with just "lol" gets unpublished.
DNSBL isn't working quite well for me. It just adds more work than deleting spam does.

ccshannon commentedI'm having a similar problem. Lots of authorized users suddenly cannot post comments without approval.
Only a few domains are listed in the DNS Blacklist, and I'm certain the users in question are not coming from those DNS servers ... but in watchdog/dblog I get the same 'Comment unpublished for DNSBL:' error as StudioARE mentions.

mgiffordIf this is still an issue, please re-open and upgrade version to D7. Drupal 6 is no longer being maintained.
