Just successfully created four Reservations nodes with overlapping times for a bucket content type with two inventory nodes. No conflict message was ever displayed during the user process.

Conflict calendar only appears AFTER the two inventory nodes are applied to two of the four reservations nodes AND THEN either of the other reservation nodes are modified or edited/resaved.

Seems like MERCI is only truly "checking availability" when an inventory node is selected on a reservation.

Found this problem on DOM's site. Replicated the issue on a fresh Drupal and MERCI install.

Are you running the dev build of June 15th?

What are the date and times of each reservation? And what items were assigned to which reservation?

Yes. Running the version from June 15th on DOM and on a clean install. Each reservation only had one item from a bucket content type called Flip Camera.
