I ran into two problems enabling the module - the javascript library didn't quite get added properly and I needed to grant more permissions.

So, I thought I would add that to the README.

Also, you could add a message in there on how to turn on debug mode so that people can report more thorough problems...

How about something like...

To provide more specific debug information add the 'debug' => TRUE value to teh line after $settings['swfupload_settings'][$element['#id']] = array(.

Or maybe we should just add a feature that allows this to be turned off and on?

I think a feature should be perfect, as its very easy to implement. (would need a seperate feature issue though)
