Every link in the admin area, when clicked, opens a Lightbox2, when trying to close it, it keeps to reopen.

Same here. Except it's doing it with EVERY link I click on. Opens up the lightbox with a 'image not found' looking icon. (And it will also show the link's title text).
Weird.

This is a duplicate of #411162: Problem with 'automatic image URL re-formatting' with jQuery 1.3.x.

The bug is fixed in the 6.x-1.x-dev version of Lightbox2.
