I have the permission to View IP addresses unticked in the permissions area for all roles, however all registered members are able to see anyones IP address.
Not sure if I have missed something here, but I do need this to be private.

If this is still an issue, please re-open and upgrade version to D7. Drupal 6 is no longer being maintained.
