The description of the module says it "provides default event views that filter events using a drop-down date selector." I've tried installing both the 6.x-2.4 and 6.x-2.x-dev versions on a fresh install and in neither case were any views created.

Hmm. That must be left over from the old version. The one I created was a complete re-write and it indeed didnt have any default views. I wouldnt even know what to use for default views anyways lol. I'll have to change that description unless someone knows what the default views were and I could recreate them.

A block View would be a good default (e.g. a replacement for the built-in event module block) - or look in CVS history.

Same here. No default views visible.
