Moderator - Post/Thread Delete Redirect

After a post or thread is deleted, the moderator is auto-forwarded to the default admin page for the module.
As the moderator in question may or may not have access to this particular page, they could end up with an access denied page. This doesn't relate to the posts/threads not being deleted (they are) - the redirect shouldn't forward to the admin page at all.
