Everytime the page reloads (after returning from a link),
I'm sent back to the top of the page, and have to page-down
to find my place again.

Since there's no clickable alphabet at the top (even if there
was) it would be nice to punch and accesskey and go to
the first listing that starts with that letter.

Even if new module/theme entries are added that preceed them,
it would at least get you in the vicinity.

Most modern browsers will automatically scroll to the location you were at if you use the back or forward keys. Marking as won't fix.
