As you can see from the attached image, the page title and the block title are not horizontally aligned.. I think it would be really more beautiful to let them align.

beauty is subjective.. i don't really see this as being a bug. this theme has been in the drupal system for years, and no one else has had an issue with the padding of the contents of the right blocks.

does it effect the way a base/plain/vanilla drupal install works?
