E_NOTICEs errors

Hi Jacine,

There is a patch highlighting the problems with E_NOTICE that I found when working on Ladybug.

Note that I also fixed the $Id$ into $Id: $ since the former does not work with CVS. (unless they changed the CVS, and that could be... not too sure.)

My editor adds a newline at the very end, so you have some extra for that in here. You can always remove those from the patch if you don't like the idea. 8-)
