We're working with a ton of sites, and having the ability to import and administer a series of admin accounts would be a godsend. Can you describe in a little more in detail the use-case for this module?

This module can serve two purposes, which basically are the same;

  1. To allow an administrator to add an OpenID to another user's account. For example, an admin can add an OpenID to an account that was just created, so that a user can user their OpenId to login the first time they visit the site.
  2. To allow an administrator to add a bunch of OpenIDs to a single account. For example when sharing a UID 1 account on a staging site between several developers, you can just dump everyones OpenID on user 1
