The recommended upgrade to 6.x-3.1 is "Not supported!"

I have downloaded the recommended 6.x-3.1 upgrade, applied it, and the available updates page reports that this update is "Not supported". This means Drupal complains that the addtoany module is still a security risk.

I should also mention, that I had updated from 6.x-2.7 to 6.x-3.0, as was the suggested updated, but after the update, the available updates page indicated that 6.x-3.1 is needed. This sounds like a bug. It should have indicated from the beginning that 6.x-2.7 should be updated to 6.x-3.1.

It was an intermittent release issue which should be resolved now.
