is it possible to make a panel display for NON-RELATIONSHIPS? I want to display a panel on the profile of the user being viewed only if the logged in user and the user being viewed ARE NOT RELATED.

I am postponing any 6.x feature requests that don't have a current applicable patch to help sort the large list of open features.

Please feel free to set to 'needs review' once a patch is included.
