Issue Summary
When using the D7 Admin module Advanced Help is adding itself to the top menu so it looks like "Advanced Help Help". On a normal 960 wide website it basically takes up the remaining space available for the Admin menu links.
I would like to suggest that it instead integrates with the core Help menu item and then instead add a tab top right (see Modules) on the Help page making it easy to switch between the core help and advanced help.
An option to set if it should default to the core help or advanced help tab would make a nice complement.

I was just about to submit the very same feature request... :-)
"Advanced Help Help" in the admin toolbar look very unprofessional and takes away precious space.

I agree. It could have it's own section in "Help" called "Advanced Help" or "Modules", or whatever ;)

yes please :)
Help -> Advanced Help

i'd mark it critical, as it affects usability on a site with many modules that do the same mistake, but i'll settle with major.

I dont think it has been ... however you can drag the menu items around in menu admin to nest them.
