We can create events with start and end dates, we also can specify if the event has a time specified.

If we have an event for a whole day, without a time specified, it's time is set in the (reminder) emails which is the time of creation.
This should be filtered out from the mailing.

I've attached a patch that checks if the event has time set or not, if not it does remove the time from the format.
