Admin should be able to specify an image that is attached to each audio node by default.

this option is available in the current version of audio module (audio_image variable).
unfortunately there's some problem with it since Views module doesn't seem to recognize it. see this thread: http://drupal.org/node/89691
tell me if i'm missing something

uh, nice thread hijack, i've moved 89691 over from views to this queue, feel free to add comments there. i'm returning this to it's original focus, adding a default image to all audio uploaded.

now that the images are written to the files, i think it'd be really cool to have a default image that gets inserted into any files without one when they're first uploaded/imported.
