This is indeed an unknown bug, which needs to be qualified:

  • Which version of drupal are you using ?
  • Which version are you using ? The current version is 1.9.2.1
  • Can you describe steps to reproduce the bug ? It seems to be related to non-core modules, so you need to describe a way to cause the problem.
  • Have you found whence it came, and can you suggest a patch ?
