Hi all,
I've installed zen 6.x-2.0 and set up the STARTERKIT sub theme (that's all I've done).
Once it's enabled, all of my content (navigation/sidebars etc.) is appearing in one single fixed width column down the centre of the page.
I've tried:
reinstalling from scratch
installing the previous version 6.x-1.0 - same problem
searching the forums - there are two unanswered posts on this issue
Layout is correct in the Zen theme, just not the sub theme. I've tried the sub theme with and without zen enabled as well.
Comparing the html source of a page from each shows missing div id and class info in the subtheme version, but I have no idea how to get this populated correctly.
I know very little about css - and am a complete newbie to Drupal. All I have done is follow the steps to setting up a sub theme. I haven't edited anything else.
I've spent about 7 hours trying to get this working, including 5 repeat installs and still can't get past this point.
I've viewed in Safari and Firefox and both show the same results.
Can anyone help?
Please?

Fixed by downgrading to previous version
Ok, I've reinstalled the previous version of zen, and this time I didn't disable the Garland theme (unlike last time).
So now I have a working sub-theme and the Garland theme is also enabled, but not the default.
Just a shame it's not the latest version.
