Table Manager 6.x-1.x-dev

There are many strings in the user and admin interface of Table manager without translation. I think I found all of them (because a lot of users work with tables on my site, and not all of them understand English).

I attach the text file to this comment with file's names and line numbers, which are needed of t() wrapping. It's PDF - to localize needed lines easily (colors).

I request to include its in the next release of tablemanager, please.

And two requests more:

One option to not only the column had header, but also the rows (ie. cells of the first column make as headers)?

Possibility for make fix size for each column.
