hi,

totally new to drupal and need some questions answered if possible?

1.do you need to keep the theme by at the bottom of the page of using someones theme?
2.do you need to keep the drupal icon in the site?
3.how can i pull down a template file into dreamweaver so i can do some manually work and creation of a page?

hope someone can help.

1. depends on the license of the theme you purchased.

2. no

3. don't think there is an easy way. There was some info about the brand new version supposedly working with joomla and drupal themes, but some posters to the forums said it didn't work very well. Make check the dreamweaver site.

You can edit templates with Dreamweaver. The WYSISWYG editor won't properly preview things, but you can edit templates to a limited extent from the design view and everything is editable from the code.

With a good understanding of html you can start building or customizing a theme. check the handbooks section for resources on this.

3. you can just copy in template.php after that paste in dreamweaver sir, and you can change the override themes in there
