How to display description to cck field? not form.

Normally when we create the cck field and fill the help text, then the help text will appear at the bottom of textfield form.

Formlabel:
[textfield]
description (help text)

but now i want to display description with the field label and field value together.

i'll set display inline like this.

Fieldlabel: [value]
description (help text)

May someone tell me how to do?
b'cos i find the answer at drupal all the night, still cant get result.
