Support CCK Locations

With a small patch this module could support location cck fields in addition to the core location fields.

I've attached a patch to do this. I'm still going on the assumption that one location per node will be indexed so am only trying to index cck locations if core locations aren't set and then only indexing the first cck location that's found.
