Please someone help me as my forum has been down for several days now and I don't know what to do. I need step-by-step instructions to get me through this and efficiently get my forum up and running again.

Hi! You would have better luck in some different forum — this is not a problem with the Database Administration module necessarily, but due to either high load or a buggy module (if you can get your hosting company to give you logs of the connections, that would help you figure out what is causing the problems). But I would try posting to one of the drupal.org forums, not to this project...
