I've checked with several different themes to make sure that this is a thing of A Vitamin and not CKEditor. Basically, it's impossible to write left-margined text in CKEditor. It defaults to centred text instead.

Sorry if I'm stupid. Of course this is not an issue, the only thing one needs to do is to make sure that ckeditor/ckfinder doesn't use the theme's (Avitamin) css but it's own.

You've find the right solution.

Otherwise a special CSS could be added on the avitamin.css, but it is not currently planned.
