Got a weird problem. I installed jqueri_ui, jquery update, and the Jquery U.I 1.7.3 libraries so that I could get the node relationships module working. However, now every time I click on a link, it brings up a modal frame, as well as a "photo not found" graphic. Any idea what is causing this?

Sorry, this is for Modal Frame 1.7, not the 1.x dev.

AFAICT, this behavior is not common at all, so I'm guessing there's some kind of conflicts in your installation with another module or library. This kind of issues need to be debugged onsite.

PS: Meanwhile, since it works here and a lot of sites outthere, this is, to my eyes, a support request.

Ok, found out that the issue was a conflict between lightbox2 and jquery update.

Sorry for double post but I have to point out that there is a similar issue with Colorbox. Since Lightbox2 has problems with MF I tried to switch to colorbox but this leads to wierd behaviours across all site.
I tried to use Lightbox2 and Colorbox without modalframe api active and they both work as aspected.

I really think this issue needs a bit of diving before it could be attached to Lightbox2 or Colorbox issue lists.

Please, re-open when the theory that there's an issue that needs to be fixed in Modal Frame API can be described in a way that can be reproduced. Re-opening with no such information leads to nowhere, I think.

Modal Frames do not open with no reason. Someone has to explicitly invoke the methods that opens a modal frame. Who's that? I have no idea, but it is not the Modal Frame API itself for sure.

If you update to the latest lightbox2 dev release, it works fine.
