download the new themes sir, and place in the folder sites/all/modules/themes , and after that go to administration page , and see the themes sir, and click on it , just that, ^^

Note that if you have CSS compression enabled in your 'performance' settings, you must clear the Drupal cache when you modify any CSS files. The same goes with template files.
