When I go to access my modules I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: module_exists() in /homepages/10/d87384619/htdocs/drupal473/modules/links/links.module on line 15

My server is running MySql 4.0
It's the latest download of Links
I'm running Drupal 4.73

Ooops, should have check the bug reports first. There is a seperate Links package for 4.7 at http://drupal.org/node/24719/release that works just fine. The download link in modules give you the new version in preperation for 5.0.
