Conditional Actions Change:
In Beta4, signups were marked as completed when the order is marked as completed, but are now finalized when the order balance is cleared (#700242: Better CA Defult: Mark Signups as Completed when payment entered)
Change to data format:
Please note that with #839640: Provide Better signup locking, the way placeholder signups are created has changed. As a result, any users on your site who were previously erroneously listed as signed up to an event will no longer be listed as signed up until their placeholder signups are finalized.
