I have had these issues, but the solution I found was to switch the wibiya toolbar off. As soon as I did this, the other modules started working again perfectly.
So now I'm thinking - maybe the root cause is really with the Wibiya toolbar?

Francis Drake CreditAttribution: Francis Drake commentedAs far as I can say the troubleshooting section in Wibiy's "edit toolbar" menu has an option to fix JS problems. Try this. In my case (cck field toggleing didnt work anymore) it helped.

1.) Login to http://wibiya.com with your account information
2.) Click Edit Toolbar Button
3.) Find the link for Troubleshooting
4.) In the Troubleshooting Tick or Check Javascript / Framework Conflict
5.) Save your changes
6.) Go to your website and reload your page and test, to be sure clear the cache in the performance section.
7.) Done...
